Up to $25/hour is decent for Lexington if it includes differentials, but I’d ask about ratios by shift, weekend requirement, and mandatory OT. Benefits and paid CNA renewal matter too. Small tip: check CMS Care Compare and the last state survey for Pine Meadows to see staffing and quality flags. Who else has seen this place recently or knows their typical ratios and float expectations? I’d take a look if days are around 1:8–1:10 and nights aren’t forced to 1:20, with some tuition reimbursement.

Leaning yes, if ratios aren’t rough and weekends rotate. Friend’s night shift in Louisville was 1:16 with two total lifts and no help. Like soloing a grill. Pay’s fine. I’d confirm patient mix, lift gear, breaks, orientation, and no forced OT.
