Why is paperwork never ending

I swear, the amount of paperwork we have to deal with in CNA work is just ridiculous. You go in for a shift expecting to care for patients, but you end up drowning in forms and reports! It really takes away from the quality time we could spend helping people. Anyone else feel this way?

I totally get that! One thing that helped me was creating a checklist for the paperwork process. It didn’t eliminate it, but it did make it feel more manageable.

But i feel you — way too much time on forms instead of with patients. I’ve started using a digital app for tracking tasks; it saves some time! Have you tried anything similar?
