Why do we keep learning

And i’ve been reflecting on our role as CNAs and how crucial ongoing education is, almost like adding layers to a beautiful painting. Each lesson enhances our ability to care for patients, yet it can feel overwhelming. I want to hear how others weave education into their daily schedules. Any tips on making the time? It’s like trying to find space in a crowded closet.

I get the struggle of finding time for learning while juggling everything else, especially when it feels like a crowded closet… One thing that works for me is blocking out just 15 minutes a day, using that time to dive into a quick article or watch a short video on a relevant topic. It adds up, and I feel less overwhelmed when I can stay consistent.

And finding time can really be a challenge. I like to dedicate a few minutes at the end of my shift to review short videos or articles — it helps me absorb information without feeling overwhelmed. Have you tried something like that, @olha414?

, the time crunch really drives me nuts! I try to squeeze in some education during my commute by listening to podcasts related to patient care. It feels more manageable than trying to carve out dedicated study time.
