Why CNA training feels like learning to swim

Diving into CNA training can feel like you’re at the edge of a pool, unsure if you’ll sink or swim. The first time you take vital signs or interact with patients, it can be overwhelming, but it’s all about finding your rhythm. I recently completed my first week in class, and despite the nerves, it’s starting to feel more natural. Anyone else remember their first week and how chaotic it felt?
