When do you know it's time to leave

I recently felt like I hit a wall at my current job after nearly three years. It’s a good company, but I’m starting to feel unchallenged and a bit stagnant. Anyone else ever face this dilemma? What pushed you to finally make a change?

It sounds like you’re ready for a new adventure! I was once in a similar spot, feeling like a plane stuck on the runway; takeoff seems impossible, but sometimes you just need to push the throttle. Have you thought about what kind of challenges you’d want to pursue next?

I totally get that feeling of stagnation after a few years. When I hit that wall, I started taking on side projects and really dug into learning new skills. It reignited my passion and gave me the confidence to explore new job opportunities.
