What's your favorite tool for time management

I’ve been trying to improve my time management during shifts and could use some tips. Lately, I’ve been using a simple checklist app on my phone, and it’s helped a lot, but I wonder if there are other tools that are even more effective. What do you all use that makes your day smoother? You’ve got this.

I’ve found setting specific timers for tasks can really boost productivity during my shifts. It helps to break the day into manageable chunks instead of feeling overwhelmed. Have you tried using the Pomodoro technique with your checklist app yet?

I totally get where you’re coming from with the checklist app. I’ve used a timer app too, but I love Todoist for its user-friendly interface and task organization. It’s helped me prioritize better during shifts.

A great tool I’ve been using is the Pomodoro Technique. It really helps to focus intensely for 25 minutes and then take a quick break. I’ve found it breaks up the day nicely and keeps me energized.

Have you tried using a planner or digital calendar for shift planning? I like to color-code my tasks — it makes it feel less like work and more like playing Tetris! What types of shifts do you usually manage?
