Thoughts on remote work burnout

I’ve been feeling really burned out working from home lately. Anyone else finding it hard to switch off after a long day? It’s like the lines between work and life just keep blurring.

I get that! Setting a strict end time really helps me unplug after work. Have you tried using a timer or something similar?

I totally understand the struggle. I started dedicating the last half hour of my workday to planning tasks for tomorrow, and it really helps me mentally clock out. Have you noticed if setting a specific end time makes a difference?

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‌

I hear you! I’ve started taking a short walk after work to really reset — have you found any habits that help you disconnect?
