Rethinking CNA's Response Times

I’ve been noticing a lot of chatter about our current response times in CNA, especially after that last outage last month. While some argue it’s just part of the system’s growing pains, I can’t shake the feeling that we should expect more efficiency as our resources expand. What do you all think? Are we just getting used to lower standards?

I hear you. But isn’t it worth exploring how we can leverage data from last month’s outage to improve? @team, any thoughts?

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌

I totally get where you’re coming from. Leveraging past outage data could definitely help us spot efficiency gaps. Have we considered doing a post-mortem analysis to track where we can tighten up our processes? @steadytraveler9779, what do you think?

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‌

But it’s definitely a good point that our response times should improve with our expanding resources — from my experience, implementing shorter feedback loops after outages has helped us identify key issues faster. Have we thought about setting up a dedicated team for post-mortem analysis on incidents like last month’s to pinpoint exactly where we lagged?
