Real-world tips for CNA training

I recently had to help a patient with mobility issues, and it reminded me how important proper training is. I found that just a couple of hours spent on practical techniques made a big difference in my confidence during that situation. It’s crazy how hands-on experience can be so much more impactful than just theories. Anyone else?

Totally agree! I did some practice with a gait belt and it was a game changer for me too. Have you tried any other practical exercises?

I totally get what you mean about hands-on practice making a difference! It’s like learning to ride a bike — you can read all the manuals, but nothing beats sitting on that seat. Have you checked out any local workshops for more hands-on experience?
