I’ve been looking into CNA training programs and it feels overwhelming with so many options out there. Can anyone recommend a good program or share what they liked about their training? I’m particularly curious about any experiences with online classes versus in-person training.
I found that in-person training really helped with hands-on skills, especially when dealing with patients. Online programs can be flexible, but you miss out on real-time feedback and practice. If you go online, make sure you get a good simulator or lab experience — those can be game-changers.
I think hands-on experience is crucial in training. In-person classes give you that, especially for skills like patient handling which you won’t get from online courses. But, if you’re short on time, online programs can be a good start — just look for ones that offer a clinical component.
