Exploring New Assessment Tools for CNAs

I’m currently evaluating several innovative assessment tools that could enhance our CNA training programs. One tool I’ve been examining is the use of simulation-based assessments, which has shown promise in improving hands-on skills retention. Has anyone implemented something similar in their program? I’d love to hear your experiences and any insights on effectiveness.

Simulation-based assessments sound like a great idea! I tried something similar, and while the hands-on skills were impressive, we struggled a bit with the tech side — it felt like trying to teach a cat to swim. Have you faced any hurdles with the tech aspects of these tools?
