Changing the Way We Use Time

I just noticed how many people schedule their entire days down to the minute and it got me thinking — why do we do it that way? I’ve been experimenting with a more flexible approach for the past month, and surprisingly, I feel less stressed and more productive. Has anyone else shifted their scheduling style, and what has your experience been like?

I totally get that! It feels like trying to catch a train that never arrives when you schedule every minute. I’ve found that blocking out a couple of ‘buffer’ hours helps — just enough time to breathe, refocus, or even tackle those unexpected tasks. Have you noticed any specific changes in your productivity with the new approach?
