“practical and relevant training” — same here; the best payoff for me was a 30‑minute CAM delirium refresher paired with a bedside checklist, and within two weeks our near‑falls dropped; if your unit doesn’t see much delirium, swap it for a quick safe‑transfer lab with slide sheets… Would anyone try a 10‑minute end‑of‑shift huddle to practice one scenario and see if it sticks?
