I jumped on a ‘critical needs’ evening shift within an hour of it being posted and got a same-day interview — those ‘real-time’ listings really do disappear fast. Keep your CNA cert, CPR card, TB/PPD, and vax records in one PDF plus a 1–2 sentence availability blurb so you can apply in under 2 minutes; , slow uploads cost me an offer once. Remote CNA roles exist but are mostly tele-support/monitoring, so if you want bedside hours, filter to on-site and float pool.

Quick tip: I set up SMS alerts so the ‘real-time’ posts ping my phone, then I apply within 10 minutes with a prefilled resume and certs attached… Otherwise they vanish by lunch — — and watch the ‘remote’ tags, because half of them are hybrid charting roles if you read the fine print. Anyone else notice most new postings hit around 7–9am local time?
