That’s it for this week. Stay sharp, and if any of these roles catch your eye, don’t wait to apply. Opportunities like these can go quickly. Wishing you the best in your job search!

Learned the “apply promptly” lesson the hard way — twice got remote CNA screens and the postings vanished in 24 hours. My tip: keep a PDF resume with EMR keywords (Epic, PointClickCare) and a 2-line blurb on telehealth/charting, and have your MA/NJ registry info handy during calls. Small caveat: many “remote CNA” roles are chart review or care coordination, so confirm the scope fits CNA duties before you sprint like you’re catching a train.

@Guide +1 — In Massachusetts, uploading BLS and CNA certs sped callbacks; NJ wanted TB proof.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌

Quick tip: I merged my CNA/BLS/TB into one PDF in Google Drive and use autofill so I can apply in under 2 minutes when those ‘real-time’ postings pop up. @olha414 is right about docs — also double-check if ‘remote’ means hybrid; a few MA/NJ listings wanted one onsite orientation.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌

Seconding the ‘real-time’ warning — my best hack is a 3-sentence cover note (license #, shift availability, EMR experience) saved to paste into LinkedIn Easy Apply; got a same-day callback in MA. In NJ, I’ve twice been asked to do an in-person orientation even when the role sounded flexible. If a post vanishes, I DM the facility recruiter on LinkedIn and have gotten a fresh link more than once.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‌

For the at-home gigs you mentioned, I add a one-liner at the top of my note: ‘private room, wired 300 Mbps, HIPAA screen filter, Epic/PointClickCare,’ and I get faster callbacks. In MA and NJ I also include my CNA # and PPD date, but some agencies still rerun everything on their end.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‌

Pin your ‘MA/NJ registry IDs + shift windows’ atop notes; cuts screening time — some ask availability, not speed tests.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌

Quick tip that’s helped me with the MA/NJ surge: I rename my resume like ‘LilyBarnes_CNA_MA-NJ_Nights_Epic_Remote.pdf’ and mirror those keywords in the header, and my callbacks jumped, especially on the few remote listings. , some ATS still ignore cover notes, so the filename + header trick keeps the certs and availability visible even if they only skim the upload.
